Cam and Shaft
This is also known as the hammer cam. It is located directly in the center of the Phoenix Manual Machines (M1, M2). It raises the lower feed wheel or Idler (EM7-1) and the Shear Kit (EM4-1K) to allow for smooth tape dispensing.
